Work can have a profound impact on our mental health. When trauma, harassment, bullying, chronic stress, burnout, moral injury, or other workplace experiences lead to anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, or disability leave, recovery often requires specialized care.
Our treatment focuses on helping you reduce symptoms, rebuild confidence, strengthen resilience, develop practical coping skills, and support a safe, sustainable return to work when you’re ready. We work collaboratively with you and, where appropriate, your healthcare team, insurer, or rehabilitation professionals to support your recovery goals.
